Welcome to the Admissions Department of Arab International School. We are fortunate enough to have access to such wonderful facilities and amenities, which makes our schools special and unique. It is the quality of the teaching above anything else, as it determines the success of our students. Our school slogan is “Our Commitment is Quality Education”. This should underpin everything we do. We are keen to drive our students to succeed and achieve their goals and develop their confidence as individuals.
Admissions Procedures
We would be delighted to hear from you regarding your child’s education and future at Arab International Schools.
Our Admissions Procedure Stages are outlined below, the process normally takes approximately one week, but can be turned around quicker is necessary:
- Admission form must be completed fully and accurately in clear handwriting. Please click here to access the eRegistration form.
- All relevant information must be declared including any other student’s details.
- Relevant medical and educational psychologist’s report must be submitted “if any”.
- Students wishing to register at AIS must adhere to the school’s admission policy.
- After the student passes the entrance exam test, applications and other required documents must be received and approved by the school’s admission department administrators to be accepted within a week.
- Parents will be informed about the results of the interviews and the assessment test.
- Parents should kindly refer to the accounting department to settle the assessment fees.
Application and Waiting List
After successful completion of the admission process, the student may be:
- Offered a seat to start immediately
- Offered a seat for the new academic year
- Placed on the waiting list at the request of the parent
- Siblings are given preference provided all the admissions criteria are met.

Admission Requirements
– Completed application and medical form
– The original and a copy of the student’s birth certificate
– A copy of the Family Card or Residency ID for non-Saudis
– Copies of Parents’ or Guardian ID’s, passports and signatures on the copies
– A copy of the child’s vaccination certificate
– 6 photos of student (4×6)
– Previous school report cards
– Transferees from schools within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the student must have the Equivalence Certificate from the Ministry of Education.
